I still have a sweet place for these crispy, chewy tiny cakes despite the many beautiful chocolate cakes that are available (and there are many). I include them in part because I recently tried to locate a recipe for them and was surprised at how difficult it was to do so. Oh, please, don't say you dislike them. Start cooking!
INGREDIENTS
- Dark chocolate-2 cups.
- Water when needed.
- Crushed cornflakes in 2 cups.
PROCEDURE
Step 1:
Take a clean bowl to make this dessert recipe, then fill it with the dark chocolate. After that, place a large, deep vessel filled with water over a high-medium flame. Now, insert the chocolate bowl between them and gently mix until the chocolate has melted completely.
Step 2:
After finishing, take the bowl of chocolate out of the flame and stir in the crushed cornflakes.
Step 3:
Form some of the mixture into little balls by taking a small bit of it. With the leftover mixture, repeat the process.
Step 4:
Place the dish with the chocolate balls in the refrigerator. Give them a few hours to set.
Step 5:
After the tray has dried, take it out of the fridge to serve.
