INGREDIENTS
Salad with Burrata Cheese:
- Burrata cheese, one
- 3 cups of greens and lettuce
- 2 pears
- 1 cup of young tomatoes
- 2 sliced shallots
- walnuts, 1/3 cup
- 30 grammes of pumpkin seeds
- Pomegranate 1/3 cup
Dressing salad:
- 3 teaspoons minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon each of mustard, honey, and white balsamic vinegar.
- two tablespoons, and pomegranate molasses,Sumac
- 1/4 teaspoons of pepper and salt each
- 1 teaspoon of oregano, basil, and thyme fresh herbs
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
30 minutes before preparing the meal, take the Burrata cheese out of the fridge and separate it from the brine.
STEP 2
Combine all ingredients to make the dressing in a bowl.
STEP 3
Add one spoonful of dressing to the greens.
STEP 4
Arrange your salad on a plate however you like.
STEP 5
Add dressing to the salad to season it.
STEP 6
Add the burrata cheese on top.
STEP 7
If desired, add more dressing; alternatively, season the burrata with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
STEP 8
Mozzarella and Burrata is Ready !.. Dispense and savour!
