STRAWBERRY PANNA COTTA
A creamy Italian dessert recipe made with thickened cream and a flavour of choosing is strawberry panna cotta. Agar agar, a vegetarian substitute to gelatin, is used in this recipe to get the jelly texture. The perfect dessert to provide after dinner or to be a hit at kitty gatherings, especially with children, are panna cotta recipes. Most panna cotta recipes call for thickened cream that has been flavor-infused. Vanilla or coffee are the most popular and widely utilised flavours when combined with cream. However, panna cotta is also as well-known for other flavours, such as mango or strawberry, and is made with various layers for added visual appeal.
INGREDIENTS
milk mixture:
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon agar agar or gelatin
- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- a dash of salt.
Strawberry mixture:
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 1 teaspoon agar agar or gelatin
- 2 cups strawberries.
PROCEDURE
- First, warm 1 cup of milk and 34 cup of cream to make the milk combination.
- Making ensuring that the cream and milk are well-combined, whisk and mix thoroughly.
- now whisk well before adding 1 tsp of agar agar.
- The milk should be heated to a simmer before steaming (do not boil).
- Add a further 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a dash of salt after extinguishing the flame.
- Mix and stir thoroughly. Before pouring the milk into the glass, let it cool for ten minutes.

- It should be chilled for at least two hours or overnight to completely set.
- Finally, savour cooled strawberry pudding or panna cotta.
